- A fund designed to leverage accelerating innovation cycles and the near-term sales momentum of fast-growing companies.
- Interest-bearing instruments, with upside potential from equity warrants or revenue-linked payments, and downside protection via collateral and covenants.
- 4-year life cycle comprising a 3-year investment period and an optional 2-year extension.
- Applying incentive-based positive covenants promoting impactful investments, while maintaining the fund’s target risk-return profile.
